About Me

Values

I’m an ecotherapist at heart and love creating paths to make nature and the nature-in-self connection accessible to all. I believe all humans belong and I’ve worked hard to build skills which will help you come into a peaceful and thriving relationship with yourself and your world.

I believe in providing culturally experienced, anti-racist, anti-ableist and inclusive therapy services which means looking at the systems we live in and working to make them better for all of us. My work is LGBTQIA+ affirmative. I am thankful to live and work on Tiwa Indigenous land. My learning is a lifelong endeavor.
